You can use Affirmations consciously or subliminally. 

Meditation with Affirmations and breathing: 

- Inhale - listen affirmation (acceptance of energy) 
- Exhale - saying the affirmation aloud or mentally (energy processing)

Subliminal Affirmations 

Subliminal communications are simple messages placed at regular, short intervals of an audio/visual information signal which can directly affect the subconscious mind.
Since they are too subtle or below the level of conscious awareness you cannot hear or understand them. Because you do not consciously hear the communications your conscious mind cannot reject the message.

Subliminal:

- Select Affirmation
- Set the volume level for a minimum of affirmation of her hearing
- Turn the music 

You can use affirmations to their own music. 

Set the volume level comfortable for you and turn your music. 
You need not consciously hear the affirmation - they are directly hit the subconscious.
